Aerox production plant in Auric City! | Aurangabad Airox will set up an oxygen production plant in Auric City
Aerox Technology, a leading company in the field of oxygen generator plants (Airox technologies) Production projects are being started at Auric City in Aurangabad. Therefore, in Aurangabad now after vehicles and breweries, oxygen production (Oxygen generator) The city is about to get a new identity. Sanjay Jaiswal, Director, Aerox Technologies Pvt. In Auric City (Auric city) Aerox’s newly launched project was recently inaugurated. He was speaking on the occasion.
Aerox has so far set up oxygen generator projects in a number of reputed public and private hospitals as well as institutions. It is a leading brand in the field of oxygen generators. To date, 60 oxygen generator plants have been set up by the company for the UNICEF under the Central Care Services Society, 60 under the PM Care Fund, and under the United Nations Children’s Fund. The company has also set up oxygen generator plants in Toyota, Bajaj Gram Seva Sanstha, Walmart, Reliance, Tata, Azim Premji Foundation, Doctors for You, Community Partners International, United Way of Bangalore and many more. The company has also set up plants at 20 reputed hospitals in Aurangabad. At present, Aerox alone accounts for 8% of the total oxygen production in the country.
How about the Aurangabad project?
– The company is setting up its own production plant in Auric City in two phases.
– In the first phase, the project will be equipped with 42,000 square feet of raw material quality testing technology, five ton capacity crane, temperature and climate control system for quality products.
– Best TIG / MIG welding machine, 200 horsepower air compressor, motor and screw testing / replacing machinery and online oxygen testing system.
– This will mainly include products like PSA Oxygen Generator, Refrigerator Compressor Air Dryer, Oxygen Analyzer and Auto Change Over System.
– Through this, 5 vendors and 35 people will get employment in the first year. In the second phase, the project will be expanded to 65,000 to 70,000 square feet, which will provide employment to around 150 citizens
